We offer affordable renovation design and working drawing services. Our interior designers are here to help conceptualise your dream kitchen / bathroom / living / bedroom space into working drawings. The drawings can then be sent to your builder to deliver the project as per the specification.

Renovation

Our fees are fixed, and you can select a design package that suits your needs:

Kitchen/Bathroom

Concept design only (mood board and basic floor plan) - $250 + GST
Concept design plus specification and working drawings - $500 + GST

Living Room/Bedroom/Dining

Concept design only (mood board and basic floor plan) - $150 + GST
Concept design plus specification and working drawings - $350 + GST
Full design (including furniture & décor selections) - $550 + GST

DESIGN BRIEF

This will include consultation with

interior designer to define scope

of project, goals, and objectives.

We will provide a concept

document for client review.

FINISHES & FIXTURES

Interior Designer sources and recommends finishes and fixtures based on concept document.

Client will receive Finishes and

Fixtures proposal and

mood board document.

2D ELEVATIONS

Draft Floor plan and Elevations

will be produced with

basic measurements.

3D renders are optional;

extra fees are required.

BUILD

A drawing set that will include

floor plan, furniture plan, lighting plan, detail drawings for all joinery; Kitchen, Bathroom, Carpentry Finishes. Finishes and Fixtures schedule will also be provided.
